His work is influenced by filmmakers like David Lynch, Percy Adlon, and Jim Jarmusch, and shaped by the sonic landscapes of composers such as Vangelis and Javier Navarrete. His scores explore a wide range of moods and textures, from suspenseful and rhythmic to ambient and atmospheric.
At the heart of Todd’s process is a love for sonic exploration—capturing found sounds through field recordings, experimenting with unusual objects, and using homemade instruments, percussion, synthesizers, and guitars to craft immersive soundscapes. With a talent for storytelling through sound, he continues to push creative boundaries and deliver rich, emotionally resonant audio experiences.
Todd currently lives and works in Oakland, California.
